Who we are
Housed Property Solutions offers rental accommodation through www.housed.co.in. This page covers the Housed Infinity (Kharadi) and Housed Goodluck (Viman Nagar) pages on this site.
What the callback form collects
- Your name, your phone number and your move-in timeline, as you type or select them.
- Which property page you used (Infinity or Goodluck).
- If you arrived from a Google ad, the ad click identifier, and the campaign and keyword values (utm_campaign and utm_term) in the link, so that your enquiry can be matched to the ad.
The form sends this to a Google Form owned by Housed, and the answers are stored in Google Sheets used by the Housed team.
Why we use it
We use these details to call or message you about your enquiry and to arrange a visit. By sending the form you agree that Housed may call or message you on the number you enter.
Contact details may be shared in hashed form with advertising platforms for measurement.
The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a short pre-filled message. If you arrived from a Google ad, the message ends with a short reference code derived from the ad click. What you send after that is handled in WhatsApp under its own terms.
In your browser
To remember the ad click identifier and the campaign and keyword values while you move between pages, the site keeps it in your browser's session storage for that tab. It is cleared when you close the tab. The site sets no cookies of its own.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also counts page views through its Web Analytics service.
Age
Our terms say that you must be at least 18 years old to use the services.
