What AC means here
- The Single AC room and the Double Sharing AC room are air-conditioned. The Single non-AC room, at ₹14,000 a month, is not.
- The rent includes AC in the AC rooms, with breakfast and dinner, WiFi, daily housekeeping, maintenance, and biometric entry, 24/7 CCTV and a security guard.
- Electricity is billed separately, on actuals. Meter readings are taken by the 28th of each month and the charge is split between residents by how long each stayed. (Terms)
- The PG has 100% power backup. When power runs on generator backup, use of ACs, geysers, washing machines and lifts is restricted, and management may switch them off temporarily to save backup power. (House rules)
